摘要
采用均匀设计法,对红豆杉保健枕的配方进行优化,得到的最佳配方为:红豆杉74.24%,浮小麦8.25%,葛根5.8%,首乌藤2.21%,银杏叶1.40%,茯神0.40%,薰衣草3.56%,茴香2.10%,白芷2.10%。采用DPS7.05软件对试验数据进行二次多项式逐步回归分析,表明配方工艺的回归模型具有实用性。
In this paper, the formula of Taxus chinensis health care pillow was optimized. The resul ts indicated the optimum formula was as follows: Taxus chinensis 74.24%, Tritici Levis 8.25%, Pueraria lobata 5.80%, Caulis polygoni multiflori 2.21%, Ginkgo leaf 1.40%, Poria cum Radix Pini 0.40%, Lavender 3.56%, Fennel 2.10%, Angelica dahurica 2.10%. The experimental data was analyzed by quadratic polynomial stepwise regression method of DPS 7.05 software,the result showed that the regression model was practical for the formula.
