本文针对石油化工特种介质(如废机油、污水、原油混油)、特殊情况或特殊工艺的材料加工(如设备维修、物料搬运)安全情况,以近十年的石油化工厂一些典型事故为背景,讨论了石化企业生产设备的静电事故的特点。通过对典型事故的分析,提出应对措施和策略设计往往是事故频发的根源;在暴露于风险频率和较高风险的地方,建议增设静电消除的辅助设备;结合模具特点,设备改造在适当平衡设备之间的防静电技术改造,有时可以获得事半功倍的效果;制备装置用于特种作业场所的防静电,是遏制静电事故趋势的重要措施。
