化工生产企业事故分析与预测研究

摘要 本文针对石油化工特种介质(如废机油、污水、原油混油)、特殊情况或特殊工艺的材料加工(如设备维修、物料搬运)安全情况,以近十年的石油化工厂一些典型事故为背景,讨论了石化企业生产设备的静电事故的特点。通过对典型事故的分析,提出应对措施和策略设计往往是事故频发的根源;在暴露于风险频率和较高风险的地方,建议增设静电消除的辅助设备;结合模具特点,设备改造在适当平衡设备之间的防静电技术改造,有时可以获得事半功倍的效果;制备装置用于特种作业场所的防静电,是遏制静电事故趋势的重要措施。 Petroleum chemical industry, special medium(such as waste oil, sewage, oil mix oil), a special case, or special craft materials processing, such as special cases in the process of equipment maintenance, material handling, etc are closely related.Some typical accidents nearly a decade of petroleum chemical plant as the background, discussed the characteristics of petrochemical enterprise production equipment electrostatic accidents.Through the analysis of typical accident, put forward the countermeasures and policy design is often the root cause of frequent accidents;In the frequency of exposure to risk and high risk, suggest adding auxiliary equipment to eliminate static electricity;Combining with the characteristics of mould and equipment modification in the appropriate balance between the antistatic technology reform, sometimes can get twice the result with half the effort;Preparation of antistatic device used for special workplaces, is one of the important measures to curb static accident trend.
