摘要
选用致畸性最强的四到六环的3种稠环化合物萘并[a]芘,二苯并[a,j]蒽,苯并[b]荧蒽应用至水螅成体及其中段胃区,观察多环芳烃对水螅成体的毒性作用以及胃区体再生的抑制作用。运用Wilby评分方法进行计算验证,并探究3种多环芳烃在不同浓度下对水螅再生的致畸性及水螅体存活状况的影响。结果表明,3种多环芳烃均具有较强的致畸作用,其中苯并[b]荧蒽对水螅再生的致畸性影响更明显,作用浓度也更低。
In order to observe the toxic effects of PAHs on polyps adult and the regeneration inhibitory effect on gastric area, naphthalene [a] pyrene, dibenzo [a, j] anthracene, benzo [b] fluoranthene were used as teratogens in this paper. Calculation and verification by Wilby grading methods, this paper explored the three kinds of PHSs in different concentrations on the teratogenicity of polyps regeneration effect and the influence of polyp survival condition. The results showed that the three kinds of PHSs were strong teratogenic effects, benzo [b] fluoranthene teratogenicity of polyps regeneration effect was more apparent, mass action concentration was lower.
