摘要
基于离子色谱测定牛奶中硫氰酸根的方法,通过对相关试验条件进行优化,进一步证实了牛奶样品中含有硫氰酸根的乳过氧化物酶体系具有防腐保鲜的作用。该方法可以简单、快速、准确地应用于牛奶中硫氰酸根的测定。
Based on ion chromatography for the determination of milk thiocyanate method, through the optimization of the test conditions, it further confirmed that the milk sample contains the root of the sulfur acid in the root of the oxide enzyme system had the role of anti-corrosion. This method is simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of thiocyanide.
