摘要
间苯二甲酰氯是制间位芳纶的主要原料之一,在目前的工业生产实际中具有广泛的用途。为了制备高品质的间苯二甲酰氯,通常是利用间苯二甲酸与光气在催化剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的作用下进行反应。因此,本文稿介绍高品质间苯二甲酰氯的制备方法,并分析各个制备方法的优缺点,以此来探讨高纯度的间苯二甲酰氯的合成工艺。
Benzene two benzoyl chloride is one of the main raw material for aramid fibers, is widely used in current production activities. At present, in order to prepare high-quality inter Terephthaloyl chloride, usually under the catalysis of N, N- two methyl amide, benzene two formic acid reacts with phosgene. Based on this, high-quality isophthaloyl dichloride preparation method was introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of the different preparation methods were analyzed, so as to explore the process of the synthesis of high purity of isophthaloyl chloride.
