摘要
以低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯、聚烯烃弹性体(LDPE-EVA-POE)共混为主体基体,膨胀型阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP)为主阻燃剂,使用有机硅粉作为体系的改性助剂,研究了膨胀型阻燃剂、有机硅粉对材料力学性能、阻燃性能和发烟性的影响。结果表明,随着APP含量的增加,材料的阻燃性明显增加,但拉伸强度和断裂拉伸应变下降。有机硅粉与APP可产生较好的协同效应,提高氧指数。经烟密度测试,有机硅粉在阻燃材料燃烧时能降低发烟量。电子显微镜扫描结果表明,有机硅粉有助于阻燃剂在基体材料中的分散,提高阻燃材料的力学性能。
In order to research the effect of intumescent flame retardant and organic silicon powder on mechanical properties, flame retardant properties and the smoke, using low density LDPE-EVA-POE blends as the main body, intumescent flame retardant APP as flame retardant, organic silicon powder as modified additives. The results showed that with the increase of the content of APP, the flame retardant property of the material was obviously increased, but the tensile strength and tensile strain decreased. Organic silicon and APP can produce good synergistic effect on improve the oxygen index. The smoke density test showed that organic silicon powder could reduce the amount of smoke in the combustion of flame retardant materials. Scanning electron microscopy results showed that the organic silicon helped flame retardant dispersed and improved the mechanical properties of flame retardant materials.
