摘要
传统提取南瓜多糖的工艺方法有着很多的不足,如多糖收率不高、萃取时间长等。微波辅助萃取工艺被称为"绿色工艺",不但最终产品的收率高,还具有缩短时间、节约资源等特点。基于此,通过改变微波功率、微波萃取时间、样品溶液的水浴温度及液固比(蒸馏水与南瓜干粉的体积比)等条件,进行微波辅助提取工艺研究。结果表明,调整微波功率为600W,固液比为1∶30,微波时间为3min,水浴温度50℃,提取出的南瓜多糖平均产率为19.59%,符合其验证试验要求。
The traditional technology of extraction methods of pumpkin polysaccharide has many shortcomings, such as the polysaccharide yield is not high, extraction time is long, etc. Microwave aided extraction process is known as the 'green technology', not only the final product yield high, also the time is shortened, resource conservation, etc. Based on this, through changing the microwave power, microwave extraction time, water bath temperature of the sample solution and liquid-solid ratio(volume ratio of distilled water to pumpkin powder), microwave assisted extraction technology was studied. The results showed that the adjustment of the microwave power was 600 W, solid-liquid ratio was 1 ∶ 30, microwave time was 3min, temperature was 50 ℃, the average yield of pumpkin polysaccharide extract was 19.59%, which meet the requirements of its validation test.
