摘要 利用NaF诱导的水热法制备In_2O_3立方块,检测产物的形貌、晶体结构和对甲醛气体的气敏性能。结果表明,产物为小尺寸颗粒组装形成的多孔、多晶结构立方体;分析材料的生长机理,认为F-离子在材料生长和组装形成立方块过程中起到了重要作用;材料的BET比表面积为21.8cm^2/g,对甲醛具有较好的选择性,在低浓度范围内灵敏度与浓度基本成线性关系,对10mg/kg甲醛的响应、恢复时间分别为37s和55s。 In_2O_3 cube was prepared by hydrothermal method using Na F, the morphology, crystal structure and gas sensitivity of formaldehyde gas were detected. The results showed that the product was porous, polycrystalline structure cube formed by assembling small size particles; By analyzing the growth mechanism of the materials, it was believed that the F- ions play an important role in the process of the growth and assembly of the materials; The BET specific surface area of the material was 21.8cm^2/g, which has better selectivity to formaldehyde, in the low concentration range, the sensitivity and the concentration were linear, the response and recovery time of 10mg/kg formaldehyde were 37 s and 55 s respectively.
