摘要
建立酸溶解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锌精矿中铊含量的不确定度评定方法,并对该测量不确定度进行分析与评定。结果表明,扩展不确定度为0.003 4%,运用该不确定度评定方法可对测定过程中的关键环节进行重点质量控制,严格按照操作规范,控制好工作曲线的制备过程,测定过程中使用的玻璃量具的质量,样品测定重复准确度以及人为参与的因素,可有效降低引入的不确定度,保证测定结果准确。
Uncertainty evaluation method for determination of thallium in zinc concentrate by acid dissolution inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established, and the uncertainty of the measurement was analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the value of expanded uncertainty was 0.003 4%; The key points in the determination process could be controlled by the method of uncertainty evaluation, and the preparation process of the working curve, the quality of the glass measuring tool used in the determination process, the accuracy of the sample and the factors of human participation could be controlled strictly according to the operation standard, which can effectively reduce the uncertainty of the introduction, to ensure accurate determination results.
