摘要
生物质作为一种农林业生产的副产品,是一种很好的清洁可再生能源。近年来,生物质发电厂在全国各地纷纷建成投产。但生物质作为固态燃料,集中堆放于干料棚,火灾风险隐患较大。基于此,依据风险评价导则要求,对生物质发电厂干料棚火灾事故进行最不利情况下的风险预测评价,并依据预测结果提出相应的风险防范措施,以期降低发生火灾事故时造成的危害。
As a by-product of agricultural and forestry production, biomass is a kind of clean and renewable energy. In recent years, biomass power plants have been completed and put into production throughout the country. But as a solid fuel, the biomass concentrated pile up in the dry shed, the fire risk is large. Based on this, according to the requirements of risk assessment guidelines, the prediction and evaluation of risk under the most unfavorable conditions of the biomass power plant dry shed fire accident was made, and the corresponding risk prevention measures were put forward according to the forecast results, in order to reduce the harm caused by fire accident.
