摘要
目前食用胶类产品熬制主要采用人工熬制方法,采用的升温方法主要是煤炭消耗升温、电加热板加热升温,在熬制过程中温度和湿度的控制较为困难;同时,在可食用胶类产品熬制过程中会产生大量的高温蒸汽,由于熬制设备不是密封设备,这些高温蒸汽会排放到大气中,导致熬制操作人员的工作环境十分恶劣。针对上述问题,提出一种使用微波方式进行加热的食用胶类熬制新方法,同时探索了该种熬制方法的物料循环工艺。
Edible gum products are usually made by the method of manual stewing, which warms by carbon burning or electrical heating plate, it is very difficult to control the temperature and humility during the stewing process. Meanwhile, the high-temperature steam generated in the stewing process, because of the poor sealing of the stewing device, working environment of the operators was very terrible. According to the above problems, this paper put forward a way to use microwave heat the edible gum, and design a new material circulation system for this stewing method at the same time.
