摘要 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类具有高度保守性内源性非编码的小RNAs,许多研究都表明miRNAs表达的异常或缺乏通常被认为与病理生理紊乱相关。本文介绍mi RNAs的生物学特性,分析mi RNAs作为生物标记物的前景以及mi RNAs应用于人类疾病诊断的优点。 Micro RNAs(mi RNAs) are a group of endogenous noncoding small RNAs characterized by high conservation, many studies have indicated that the abnormal or lack of expression of mi RNAs was generally considered to be related to the pathophysiology of the disorder.. Based on this, this paper introduced the biological characteristics of mi RNAs, and analyzed the prospects of mi RNAs as a biomarker and the advantages of mi RNAs in the diagnosis of human diseases.
