脐橙精油的分子蒸馏分离及GC-MS分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用分子蒸馏技术对脐橙精油进行纯化分离,得到轻组分A、轻组分B及重组分B,其收率分别为80.62%、6.04%及5.62%。采用GC-MS技术测定脐橙精油及其分子蒸馏各馏分产品组成,共检测出25种成分,其中D-柠檬烯、α-蒎烯和癸醛的峰面积相对百分比之和达到97.81%,各馏分具有各自的特征香气,可为配方、产品开发和调香提供指导。 The Citrus sinensis Osbeck oil was purified and separated by molecular distillation in this study. The yields of distillate A, distillate B and residue B were 80.62%, 6.04% and 5.62%, respectively. Their main components were identified by GC-MS with peak area normalization. It was found that the total relative percents of D-limonene、α-pinene and decanal in all products were all over 90%. The products have their own unique aroma characteristics. The results provided guidance for creating and developing flavors and fragrances.
