摘要 采用水煎煮法提取丹参素,通过大孔树脂吸附杂质、醇析除糖得到较纯的丹参素溶液。然后考察不同回流时间丹参素溶出量的变化情况,同时对丹参素稳定性影响因素进行研究。结果表明,丹参素溶出量随回流时间的增加而呈上升趋势,9h后增加缓慢。浸出液经大孔树脂吸附、醇析除糖处理,可有效去除杂质使丹参素的含量提高。丹参素水溶液常温下表现出一定的不稳定性,且随纯度、浓度的提高而降低。及时将其冻干,避光、低温保存则较为稳定。通过水提醇沉的方法,对回流时间、丹参素稳定性、丹参素纯化方法等方面进行考察,为提取和纯化丹参素探索一条较为简单的工艺流程。 Salvianic acid A was extracted by water decocting method, the pure salvianic acid A solution was obtained by adsorption of impurities and alcohol by macroporous resin. Then the changes of the content of salvianic acid A in different reflux time were investigated, at the same time, the factors affecting the stability of salvianic acid A were studied. The results showed that the dissolubility along with the increase of reflux time was on the rise, and increased slowly after 9 h. The leaching solution was treated with macroporous resin and alcohol, which could effectively remove impurities and increase the content of salvianic acid A. With aqueous solution under normal temperature showed certain instability, and reduce with the increase of purity and concentration. The freeze-dried in time, avoid light, low temperature preservation is more stable. Through the method of water extraction and alcohol precipitation, the reflux time, the stability and the purification method of salvianic acid A were investigated, in order to explore a simple process for extraction and purification of salvianic acid A.
