摘要
本试验设计以工业化烷烃氟化生产过程中的副产物八氟环戊烯和三缩四乙二醇为原料,合成一种符合环保理念的可聚合非离子表面活性剂——三缩四乙二醇取代八氟环戊烯,利用质谱和核磁对其结构进行表征,利用表面张力、Zeta电位测定考察该表面活性剂的实际应用性能。结果表明,目标产物的表面活性优于对比样品;Zeta电位绝对值>52mV,显示该分散胶束体系的物理稳定性良好。
This experiment designed and synthesized a kind of environmental friendly non-ionic containing fluorine surfactant. The structures of this fluorocarbon surfactant were identified by means of MS,13 CNMR & 1HNMR. This fluorocarbon surfactant's actual application performance were studied by surface tension and Zeta potential. The results showed that the surface activity of the target product was better than that of the contrast sample, and the absolute value of Zeta potential was greater than 52 mV, which proves that the dispersed micellar system has good physical stability.
