为确认白色可见异物的来源,并制定相应的处理措施。对样品中收集到的可见异物进行红外检测,结果发现白色可见异物来源于老化的硅胶垫。因此,应避免频繁使用酸碱处理硅胶垫,定期对注射用水系统连接处使用的硅胶垫进行检查更换,或者使用性能更好的氟橡胶垫片。

In order to confirm the source of white visible foreign matter, and formulate the corresponding treatment measures. The visible foreign matter collected in the samples was detected by infrared detection, the results showed that the white visible foreign matter came from the aging silicone pad. Therefore, we should avoid frequent use of acid and alkali treatment silicone pad, regularly check and replace the silicone pad used in the water supply system, or use the fluorine rubber gasket of better performance.
