Review on Biological Activity of Adamantane Derivatives

金刚烷具有独特的化学性质和物理性质,可以应用在精细化工、医药制造等多个领域中。近年来,在医药领域,关于金刚烷及其衍生物的研究越来越热,特别是金刚烷及其衍生物在制造各种特效药物方面表现出良好的药学性能。基于金刚烷的脂溶性,目前已经合成多种特效新药。为此,本文综述金刚烷胺及其衍生物生物活性药物。

Adamantane has unique physical and chemical properties, can be used in many fields such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, fine chemical industry and so on. In recent years, in the field of medicine, the study of adamantane and its derivatives has become more and more hot. In particular, adamantane and its derivatives show good pharmaceutical properties in the manufacture of various specific drugs. By making full use of the fat solubility of adamantane, we have been able to synthesize many kinds of special drugs. The biological activities of amantadine and its derivatives were reviewed.
