摘要
为建立GC法测定不同品牌汽车香水中甲醇的含量,采用毛细色谱柱ZKAT-20M(30 m×0.32 mm,0.33μm),采用程序升温,即初始温度70℃,保持2min,以5℃/min的速率升温至120℃,保持2 min,用FID检测器测定甲醇的含量。结果显示,甲醇进样量在0.08-1.0mg/m L内线性关系良好(R=0.998,n=6),平均加样回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.2%(n=9)。这表明该方法操作简单快速、灵敏度高、专属性强,可直接用于汽车香水中甲醇的测定。
To establish a GC method for the determination of methanol in different brands of perfume, the capillary column ZKAT-20M(30m * 0.32 mm, 0.33 μm) was used to keep the temperature of 2 min at a temperature of 70 ℃, heat up to 120 ℃ at a rate of 5 ℃/min, keeping 2min, the content of methanol was determined by FID detector. The results showed that the methanol yield was good in 0.08-1.0 mg/m L(R = 0.998, n = 6), and the average recovery was 99.3%, the relative standard deviation was 1.2%(n = 9). The results show that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive and specific, and can be used for the determination of methanol in perfume.
