摘要
采用硝酸-高氯酸混合酸在恒温120℃左右条件下消解2种鸡蛋样品,应用火焰原子吸收法分别测定样品中K、Ca、Cu和Fe元素的含量,应用标准加入法测定回收率在95.33%~122.96%,测定结果准确可靠。同时,进一步讨论不同蛋类中相同矿物营养元素含量的差异,从而来鉴别两类鸡蛋的营养性能的高低,为大众选择鸡蛋提供有效依据。
Two kinds of egg samples were digested with nitric acid perchloric acid at constant temperature of about 120 ℃, the contents of K, Ca, Cu and Fe in the samples were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, the recovery rate was from 95.33% to 122.96% by using the standard addition method, and the results were accurate and reliable. At the same time, the differences of the contents of the same mineral nutrients in different eggs were further discussed, so as to identify the nutritional properties of the two kinds of eggs, to provide an effective basis for the selection of eggs.
