摘要
以硝酸镍为镍源,采用水热法和浸渍-煅烧法合成NiO负载花瓣状TiO_2。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射和X光电子能谱仪等对样品进行表征,详细探讨NiO的负载量对合成的NiO/TiO_2吸附罗丹明B效果的影响。结果表明,当合成NiO/TiO_2中氧化镍占总复合物质量的3%时,合成NiO/TiO_2对10mg/L罗丹明B的吸附率最高,可达96.4%,而且未负载的TiO_2的吸附率也达到68.9%,远超过工业中TiO_2的吸附率。
NiO loaded petal shaped TiO_2 was synthesized by hydrothermal method and impregnation calcination method using nickel nitrate as a nickel source. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X ray diffraction(XRD) and X photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The effect of NiO loading on the adsorption of rhodamine B by NiO/TiO_2 was discussed in detail. The results showed that when the nickel oxide in synthetic NiO/TiO_2 was 3% of the total mass, the adsorption rate of 10 mg/L rhodamine B by synthetic NiO/TiO_2 was the highest, up to 96.4%, and the adsorption rate of the unloaded TiO_2 reached 68.9%, which is far more than the adsorption rate of TiO_2 in industry.
