摘要
本文采用平板稀释分离、斜面纯化培养等方法,对三四龄的中华稻蝗消化道内菌群进行分离,并应用多种培养基对分离出的菌群做初步生理生化代谢试验。结果表明:其消化道内菌群以革兰氏阴性杆菌为多。这些菌种在体外氮源利用率很低,对无机碳源的利用率较有机碳源高;可产生纤维素酶的菌种较少;绝大多数菌种可发酵多种糖并产酸产气;明显有酵母菌存在,且其活力很强。
In this paper, by using the method of plate dilution separation, slant surface purification and culture, digestive tract bacteria of three or four age old Oxya chinensist were isolated, and the physiological and biochemical metabolic tests were carried out by using various media. The results showed that the bacteria in the digestive tract were gram negative bacilli. These strains in vitro nitrogen utilization rate was low, utilization of inorganic carbon source was the organic carbon source; Less bacteria could produce cellulase; The vast majority of bacteria could ferment a variety of sugar and acid production gas; Yeast obviously exist, and its vitality was very strong.
