萹蓄总黄酮提取工艺研究进展

Research on Extraction Technology of Total Flavones of Polygonum aviculare L.

萹蓄,早期记载可用于治疗霍乱、五淋白浊、黄疸、热淋、利小便、利尿驱虫和止泻消炎等。现代药理学研究表明,萹蓄具有利尿、抑菌和杀螨虫、抗纤维化、降血糖、降压、抗血小板聚集和抑菌等药理功效。目前,聚酰胺吸附法、葡聚糖凝胶层析法、大孔树脂吸附法、活性碳吸附法、氧化铝吸附层析法和硅胶吸附层析法等分离纯化法已用于萹蓄总黄酮的提取。本文对萹蓄总黄酮提取工艺进行简要概述,为萹蓄总黄酮提取方法的选择及优化提供参考。

Early records showed that Polygonum aviculare L. could be used for the treatment of cholera, five Neisseria gonorrhea, jaundice, infection, diuresis, anti-inflammatory and diuretic anthelmintic diarrhea. Modern pharmacological studies showed that Polygonum aviculare L. had diuretic, antibacterial and acaricidal, anti fibrosis, blood glucose, blood pressure, platelet aggregation and antibacterial and other pharmacological effects. With the continuous development and in-depth study of natural active plants, the extraction, separation and purification of natural compounds with a certain effect has become increasingly mature. At present, polyamide adsorption method, gel chromatography, macroporous resin adsorption, activated carbon adsorption, alumina adsorption chromatography and silica gel adsorption chromatography separation and purification method has been used for the extraction of total flavonoids from Polygonum aviculare. In this paper, the extraction technology of total flavones of Polygonum aviculare L. research status were briefly summarized, to provide a reference for the extraction of total flavones of Polygonum aviculare L. selection and optimization method.
