蛋白质工程技术在生物药物研发中的应用研究

摘要 蛋白质工程技术是当下生物技术工程中的一个重要研究对象,在了解蛋白质结构和功能的前提下,运用生物学知识进行的一种特异性改造,进而得到具有新的特性的蛋白质。蛋白质工程技术一般是对已经存在的或人们已经发现的其他蛋白质进行模式分析或采取分子进化等手段,简要对生物药物研发应用蛋白质工程技术进行分析。 Protein engineering is an important research object in current biotechnology engineering, based on understanding the structure and function of protein, a specific modification was carried out by using biological knowledge, and then the protein with the new characteristics was obtained. Protein engineering is generally used to analyze existing or other proteins that have been discovered or to adopt molecular evolution. In this paper, the application of protein engineering technology in the research and development of bio medicine was analyzed.
