摘要
随着自然科学的发展,催生了21世纪工程学和生物科学交叉领域的合成生物学。当前,合成生物学广泛应用于环境、可再生能源、人体健康及药物领域,由方兴未艾快步走向飞速发展阶段。本文将在介绍合成生物学发展进程的基础上,着重就其在青蒿二烯、紫杉二烯2种合成药物上的应用进行讨论,并对合成生物学的发展前景进行展望。
With the development of natural science, the synthetic biology in the field of engineering and biological science was born in twenty-first Century. At present, synthetic biology is widely used in the fields of environment, renewable energy, human health and medicine. On the basis of introducing the development of synthetic biology, this paper focused on the discussion of the application of two kinds of synthetic drugs in the synthesis of artesunate and taxanes, the prospect of synthetic biology is also prospected.
