摘要
目的:探讨硝酸反萃制备低氯根碳酸铈的两种新方案。方法:采用铈负载有机硝酸反萃法和独立稀土皂化萃取硝酸反萃法制备低氯根碳酸铈。结果:制备的碳酸铈产品中氯根含量均低于20mg/L。结论:相较于碳酸铈硝酸溶解二次沉淀的工艺,成本每吨可节约1500元左右。
Objective: discussed on preparation of low chlorine root cerium carbonate by using of nitric acid extraction. Methods: cerium carbonate was prepared by cerium nitrate extraction with organic nitric acid and extraction of nitric acid by extraction of nitric acid by independent rare earth saponification. Results: two new scheme the chlorine root in the preparation of cerium carbonate products were less than 20mg/L. Conclusion: compared with cerium carbonate nitric acid to dissolve the secondary precipitation process, the cost can save about 1500 yuan per ton.
