冷水运动应激对SD、SHR、SHRsp三品系大鼠外周血白细胞水平影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:考察冷水运动应激对SD大鼠、自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和易卒中型自发性高血压大鼠(SHRsp)外周血白细胞水平的影响,论证了冷水应激后白细胞水平升高可作为预测大鼠将来发生脑卒中等各种心脑血管疾病检测指标。方法:冷水运动应激前后对大鼠进行眼内眦采血,利用Cell-Dyn3700型血液分析仪测定白细胞数目。结果:应激前,SHRsp大鼠的外周血白细胞数目显著高于SD大鼠(P<0.01),但与SHR大鼠没有显著差别,冷水运动应激后,三个品系大鼠的白细胞水平与冷水运动应激前相比较显著增高,且在应激后SHRsp大鼠水平升高尤其突出,与SD、SHR大鼠应激后相比较,在α=0.01水平上均具有统计学意义。结论:冷水运动应激可以升高SD大鼠、SHR大鼠和SHRsp大鼠的白细胞水平,对SHRsp大鼠的白细胞水平升高更显著,这应该可以作为SHRsp大鼠将来发生脑卒中的预测性临床检测指标,为预防脑卒中新药的研发提供了一种简便可行的临床检测方法。 Objective: To investigate the effects of cold water stress on peripheral white blood cell levels in SD rats, spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) and stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRsp) Cold water stress after elevated white blood cells can be used as a predictor of stroke in the future and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and other feasible indicators. Methods The rats were sacrificed before and after cold stress, and the number of white blood cells was measured by Cell-Dyn3700 blood analyzer. Results: The number of white blood cells in peripheral blood of SHRsp rats was significantly higher than that of SD rats(P <0.01), but there was no significant difference with SHR rats. After cold water movement, the white blood cells of three strains The level of SHRsp rats was significantly higher than that of SD and SHR rats, and it was statistically significant at the level of α=0.01. Conclusion: The cold water movement stress can increase the white blood cell level of SD rats, SHR rats and SHRsp rats, and it is more important for the white blood cell level of SHRsp rats, which should be used as predictors of stroke in SHRsp rats Clinical test indicators for the prevention of stroke research and development of new drugs to provide a simple and feasible clinical test indicators.
