摘要
我国动物细胞大规模培养技术较发达国家明显落后,难以满足具有重要医用价值生物制品的规模生产需求,深圳市大规模细胞培养技术和细胞资源库公共技术服务平台的建设在一定程度上推进了本行业发展。本文围绕平台建设中实验室的设计、细胞管理和鉴定、微生物污染检测、对外服务机制和网站建设等几个主要方面工作展开探讨。
The large-scale cultivation techniques of animal cells in China are lagging behind in developed countries obviously, and it is difficult to meet the needs of scale production with important medical value biological products. The construction of large-scale cell culture technology and cell resource library public technical service platform in Shenzhen is advanced to a certain extent the development of the industry. This paper focuses on several aspects of laboratory design, cell management and identification, microbial contamination detection, external service mechanism and website construction.
