摘要
高效液相色谱分离技术是现代药物分析和质量控制的一种重要手段,它采用小粒径填料填充的色谱柱,运用高压运送流动相,从而使柱效高于常规的液相色谱,分辨率得到极大提高。而超高效液相色谱分析是在高效液相色谱的基础上,采用更小颗粒填料的色谱柱,从而使分辨率、分析时间得到不同程度的提高。这种方式也更好的对于研究药物产品或者药物控制进行质量把握。本文详细地论述了这种技术在不同的检测器中的不同作用,体现了在药物分析和药物质量控制中的方法。
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) is an important method for modern drug analysis and quality control. This method utilizes the theoretical knowledge of gas chromatography, uses a column packed with small particle size filler, and uses high pressure to transport mobile phase, so that the column efficiency is much higher than the conventional liquid chromatography, the resolution is greatly improved. The ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) is based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), using a smaller particle packing column, which makes the resolution and analysis time improved in different degrees. This approach is also better for the quality of the study of drug products or drug control. This paper discusses in detail the different roles of this technique in different detectors, and reflects the methods in drug analysis and drug quality control.
