摘要
以紫罗兰酮为主要原料,通过筛选过渡金属添加到镍铝合金中(目数要求在40~60目),经一定浓度的氢氧化钠溶液处理得到活性较高的骨架催化剂,用溶剂保存,在一定的压力下加温加氢加压制取高纯度二氢紫罗兰酮。实验结果经GC检测得到含量和选择性达98.0%以上的二氢紫罗兰酮,反应收率高,催化剂可连续使用,二氢紫罗兰酮含量大于98%。
Objectives:High purity violetwasproducing high purity dihydrogen beta iononemade.Methods:Using of the transition metal was added to the nickel aluminum alloy by screening(Number of requests in the 40 ~ 60), treated with a certain concentration of sodium hydroxide solution highly active skeleton catalys, preserve with ethyl acetate, The preparation of two – hydrogen ketone under high pressure and high selectivity under certain pressure.Results:The experimental process with content and selectivity up to 98% was obtained by GC test,the reaction yield is high; the catalyst can be used continuously; Two hydrogen keto ketone content is greater than 98%.Conclusions:It has certain guiding function to explore the industrial synthesis route of high content and low pollution two hydrogen keto ketone.
