以就业为导向的生物工程专业人才需求分析——以山西大同大学为例

Analysis and Discussion of Employment Oriented Demand for Biological Engineering College Students——In the Case of Shanxi Datong University

生物科技与人类文明进步息息相关,生物工程被认为是21世纪科学技术的核心,然而,近几年生物工程专业的就业形势却不容乐观。本文以山西大同毕业生物工程专业为例,针对该专业毕业生的就业情况,分析就业形势和就业过程中突显的一些问题,提出促进生物工程专业毕业生就业工作的建议。

Biological engineering is a new subject and a pillar industry in twenty-first Century. However, the employment situation of Biological engineering majors is not optimistic. This paper takes Shanxi Datong University biological engineering as an example, according to the employment situation of the students, analyzing some problems of the current employment situation, put forward the improvement of biological engineering graduates employment advice.
