摘要
本文介绍了全膜法中反渗透和EDI处理技术在某超超临界机组锅炉补给水处理系统中的应用,详细讨论了反渗透和EDI的技术特点、运行方式、控制参数和注意事项。运行结果表明,该工艺系统出水水质稳定优良,电导率<0.10μs/cm,完全能满足超超临界机组锅炉补给水水质的要求。
The application of reverse-osmosis and electrodeionization processing technology in an ultra supercritical boiler feed water treatment system is introduced. The technical characteristics, the operation mode, control parameters and precautions of reverse-osmosis and electrodeionization are discussed in detail. The running result shows that the effluent quality of the process system is stable and good, the conductivity is less than 0.10μs/cm, which can fully meet the requirement of water supply quality of boiler in ultra supercritical unit.
