摘要
传统荧光生物传感器存在检测能力不强、稳定性差的问题,使得生物传感器的推广、使用受限。纳米技术的出现促进了荧光传感器的发展,使纳米荧光生物传感器的检测能力大大提升,具备高灵敏度、反应灵敏、专一性强、检测程序简单等特点,因此近年来纳米荧光生物传感技术发展迅猛。本文分别概述了纳米荧光生物传感器的分类及特点,通过现有的科研成果展示了当前纳米荧光生物传感器的技术发展水平,着重分析并比较了当前生物传感器存在的关键问题。结合近年来纳米技术科研水平的提升,基于纳米技术设计的纳米荧光生物传感器体系在设计、制备、空间结构、性质及实用性方面的综合提升作用,为新型选择性检测、定向检测提供了解决途径并展望了未来纳米荧光生物传感器的发展方向及前景。
Traditional fluorescent biosensor has the problem of low detection ability and poor stability which makes the promotion and use of biosensor limited. The emergence of nano-technology has promoted the development of fluorescence sensor, greatly enhanced the detection ability of nano-fluorescent biosensor and has high sensitivity, responsive, specificity and simple detection procedure. Therefore, nanometer fluorescence biosensor technology has developed swiftly in recent years. In this paper, the general classification and characteristics of nano-fluorescence biosensors are summarized and the current development of nano-fluorescent biosensors is demonstrated by the existing research results. The key issues of the current biosensor are analyzed and compared. The nano-fluorescence biosensor system based on nano-technology is designed to improve the level of nanotechnology research in the design, preparation, spatial structure, nature and practicability. It provides a solution for the new selective detection and orientation detection. And the future development direction and prospect of nanometer fluorescence biosensor are prospected.
