摘要
褪黑素是色氨酸在松果体内经一系列酶催化合成的强抗氧化剂,主要功能是调节昼夜节律、控制血管舒缩等。血脑屏障保证机体大脑选择性的进行血液与神经系统之间的物质交换,褪黑素可以保护血脑屏障。本文综述了在不同病理条件下褪黑素能通过抗炎、抗氧化应激途径对血脑屏障发挥保护作用的具体分子机理,将为深入研究血脑屏障保护提供重要理论基础,为患者治疗提供可靠依据。
Melatonin is a powerful antioxidant, whose main function is to regulate circadian rhythm, control vasomotor. Melatonin is synthesized by tryptophan in the pineal gland through a series of enzyme and secreted from the pineal gland. The blood-brain barrier ensures that the body's brain selectively exchanges material between the blood and the nervous system, and melatonin protects the blood-brain barrier. This review summarizes the specific molecular mechanism of melatonin's protective effect on the blood-brain barrier through anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative stress pathways under different pathological conditions and will provide an important theoretical basis for further study on the protection of the blood-brain barrier and provide the basis for the treatment of patients reliable basis.
