摘要 肝癌作为一种常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率日益攀升对社会人群的健康造成了极大的威胁,由此引发了大量学者的广泛关注。RhoA是Ras超家族中的一组小的三磷酸鸟苷(guanosine triphosphate,GTP)酶蛋白,具有调控细胞骨架重塑,诱导细胞侵袭、转移和促进血管生成等特性,因此被认为与诸多癌症密切相关。现已证实,RhoA与肝癌的进展密切相关,但涉及其中的作用机制尚未完全探明。本文就RhoA通过参与肝癌缺失基因-1 (deleted in liver cancer-1,DLC-1)、长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNAs,lncRNAs)及肿瘤微环境等相关途径对肝癌进展的调节作用机制做一综述。 As a common malignant tumor,the increasing incidence of liver cancer poses a great threat to the health of people in society,which has caused widespread concern among a large number of scholars.RhoA is a group of small guanosine triphosphate(GTP)proteins in the Ras superfamily.It regulates cytoskeleton remodeling to induce cell invasion,metastasis,and angiogenesis.It is therefore considered to be closely related to many cancers.It has been confirmed that RhoA is closely related to the progression of liver cancer by participating in deleted in liver cancer-1(DLC-1),long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)and tumor microenvironment,but the related signal pathways involved in it have not yet been fully explored.This article reviews the research progress of the mechanism of action of RhoA in liver cancer.
