摘要本文利用实验室保存的枯草杆菌发酵产生枯草杆菌蛋白酶,并经(NH4)2SO4盐析和CM-sepharose Fast Flow对枯草杆菌蛋白酶进行纯化,用SDSPAGE检测纯化效果,显示该酶分子量低于14kDa,并对蛋白酶的酶学性质、体外溶栓特性及溶栓机理进行初步探讨,其最适反应温度为60-70℃,但50℃以下稳定性良好,最适反应pH为7,pH6-8稳定。
