摘要
一氧化氮(NO)由于其运用的广泛和其功能的全面,以NO为供体的各类符合类药物的运用越来越广泛。NO在人体内的各种系统以及各个组织中都发挥了重要的作用。特别是近年来在治疗心血管、妊娠疾病方面的效果更突出。
