摘要
目的:通过测定不同培养原料培养出来的杏鲍菇的蛋白含量,选取适合于培养含有高蛋白的杏鲍菇的培养原料。方法:在其他研究工作者的研究成果基础上进行深入研究,采用不同的培养原料培养杏鲍菇,利用考马斯亮蓝法测定杏鲍菇的蛋白含量,综合杏鲍菇质量和培养原料成本等指标进行培养料优劣评估。结果表明:3号培养原料培养出来的杏鲍菇蛋白质含量相对较高,2号次之,1号最低。
Purpose:By measuring the protein intent of the pleurotus eryngii which were grown on different medium,the more suitable composts were selected for high protein content pleurotus eryngii.Method:A deep research was made on the base of other researchers' achievements,we chosed different composts to culture pleurotus eryngii and then used coomassie brilliant blue to measure the protein intent of the pleurotus eryngii,considered the quality and the cost,an assessment was made on the composts.Result:The pleurotus eryngii cultured in NO.3 medium have the highest protein intent,NO.2 medium second and NO.3 lowest.
