摘要
目的:探讨分层培训对耳鼻喉科护士核心能力培养的效果。方法:据相关要求将耳鼻喉科护士分为N0-N4层级,实行分层培训,进行自身前后对照,对护士核心能力中的临床护理能力、专业发展能力、判断性思维等指标进行比较,评价分层培训效果。结果:分层培训后,各项护士核心能力指标均优于分层培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分层培训提高了耳鼻喉科护士的核心能力,提高病区护理质量,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of nurse core competence with multi-level training in otolaryngology nurses.Methods:The otolaryngology nurses can be divided into N0- N4 level, which accepted multi-level training. By using self-control test, to compares the core competence indicators, including clinical nursing ability, professional development ability, propositional thinking, etc. Results:The nurse core competence indicators were better than before,there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion:multi-level training could enhance the core competence of otolaryngology nurses,improved the ward nursing quality. It is deserves to be generalization and application.
