摘要
[目的]分析sTim-3与CD4^+ T细胞亚群细胞因子在维吾尔族肺结核患者中的表达及相关性。[方法]收集肺结核患者45例和健康对照40例外周血,ELISA方法检测研究对象血清中sTim-3、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17A和IL-22的含量,Pearson法分析肺结核患者血清中sTim-3与上述细胞因子间的相关性。[结果]肺结核患者、痰涂片阳性和阴性组血清sTim-3、IL-4、IL-17A和IL-22含量均高于对照组,IFN-γ含量均低于对照组(P <0. 05); sTim-3与IFN-γ负相关(r=-0. 473,P=0. 001),与IL-4正相关(r=0. 326,P=0. 029),与IL-17A、IL-22间均无相关性(P> 0. 05)。[结论]肺结核患者体内sTim-3、IL-4、IL-17A和IL-22高表达,IFN-γ低表达,sTim-3与IFN-γ、IL-4具有相关性,sTim-3可能通过影响CD4^+ T细胞亚群细胞因子的分泌参与维吾尔族肺结核的发病。
[Objective]To analyse the expressions of sTim-3 and the cytokines of CD4^+T cell subsets,and the correlations between sTim-3 and the cytokines in the pulmonary tuberculosis patients of Uygur ethnic group.[Method]Peripheral blood was collected from 45 pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 40 healthy controls.The contents of sTim-3,IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-17 A and IL-22 in the serum of the study subjects were detected by ELISA.The correlations between sTim-3 and four cytokines(IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-17 A and IL-22)in the serum of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were analyzed by Pearson correlation test.[Result]Compared with control group,the serum contents of sTim-3,IL-4,IL-17 A and IL-22 increased,and the serum content of IFN-γdecreased in the groups of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,sputum smear positive and negative(P<0.05);There was a negative correlation between sTim-3 and IFN-γ(r=-0.473,P=0.001),a positive correlation between sTim-3 and IL-4(r=0.326,P=0.029).There were no correlations between sTim-3 and IL-17 A,sTim-3 and IL-22(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The serum levels of sTim-3,IL-4,IL-17 A and IL-22 increased,while IFN-γdecreased in pulmonary tuberculosis patients.sTim-3 was correlated with IFN-γand IL-4,sTim-3 may be involved in the pathogenesis of pulmonary tuberculosis in Uygur ethnic group by affecting the secretion of cytokines of CD4^+T cell subsets.
