Effects of four industrial hemp varieties on rhizosphere soil enzyme activity

摘要 [目的]明确工业大麻对根际土壤酶活性的影响规律。[方法]田间种植火麻一号、格里昂、金刀-15和格列西亚,在不同生长阶段采集根际土,分析不同品种工业大麻对土壤酶活性影响。[结果]土壤过氧化氢酶活性总体呈上升趋势,峰值为0. 89 m L·g^(-1)·20min^(-1);蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶的峰值(分别为14. 76 mg·g^(-1)·d^(-1)、338. 64和79. 57μg·g^(-1)·h^(-1))出现在快速生长期,随后呈下降趋势。工艺成熟期,火麻一号和格列西亚的蔗糖酶活性(分别为10. 07、11. 03 mg·g^(-1)·d^(-1))高于其它品种;火麻一号的脲酶活性(161. 34μg·g^(-1)·h^(-1))高于其他三个品种;格列西亚的磷酸酶活性(29. 98μg·g^(-1)·h^(-1))高于其他三个品种。[结论]随着工业大麻生长,土壤过氧化氢酶活性总体呈上升趋势;土壤蔗糖酶活性呈波动性变化,在快速生长期达峰值;土壤脲酶和磷酸酶活性呈先升高后降低的趋势,在快速生长期达峰值。工业大麻通过提高过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性促进土壤养分转化,能增强土壤有机碳转化。 [Objective]To confirm the effects of industrial hemp on soil enzyme activity.[Method]The varieties of Huo Ma No.1,Ge Li Ang,Jin Dao No.15 and Ge Lie Xi Ya were planted in field.Rhizosphere soil was sampled at different growth stages to investigate the effects of different growth stages on soil enzyme activities.[Result]The activity of catalase showed a trend of rising and the peak was 0.89 ml·g-1·20 min-1.The peak of glycosylase,urease and phosphatase(14.76 mg·g-1·d-1,338.64 and 79.57μg·g-1·h-1,respectively)appeared in the rapid growth period and subsequently decreased.The glycosylase of Huo Ma No.1 and Ge Lie Xi Ya(10.07和11.03 mg·g-1·d-1,respectively)were higher than that of other cultivars in technical maturity.The urease of Huo Ma No.1(161.34μg·g-1·h-1)was higher than that of other cultivars in technical maturity.The phosphatase of Ge Lie Xi Ya(29.98μg·g-1·h-1)was higher than that of other cultivars in technical maturity.[Conclusion]The activity of catalase showed a trend of rising with industrial hemp growing.The activity of sucrose fluctuated and reached its peak in the rapid growth period.The activities of urease and phosphatase increased first and then decreased,and reached the peak in the fast growing period.Industrial hemp promoted soil nutrient conversion by increasing the activity of catalase and sucrose.
