高职学生心理障碍的客观存在,直接影响到高职教育的人才培养质量。本文在分析高职学生心理障碍形成原因的基础上,从高职教育的角度,对消除高职学生心理障碍的对策措施进行了初步的探讨。

The objective existence of the psychological hindrance of the students in higher vocational colleges directly influ-ences the students' quality of the higher vocational education.This paper explores the countermeasures to remove the psycholog-ical hindrance by analyzing its reasons of forming.
