中国新安全观述评

The new security outlook,whose core is″mutual confidene,mutual benefit,equality,cooperation″,has made a promising path for the rising of China.It has played a very important role in settling historical problem and promoting the ris-ing of China in Asia-Pacific area from its formation and development.Looking at its core connotation,it is of universal signifi-cance and will lay an important theoretical foundation for the all-round rising of China in the21century.Looking from the de-velopment of Sino-America relation,the new security outlook is beneficial to improving Sino-America relation and reducing the outside obstruction in the rising of China.
