摘要
本文从中国企业并购绩效现状分析入手,结合案例分析了西方企业和中国企业并购动因,并对两者进行了对比,提出中国企业并购应该在政府导向的基础上更多地导入市场因素。
Proceeding from the performance of Chinese enterprise merger,this paper makes a case study of and compares the motives of enterprise merger in western country and in China.It puts forward that Chinese enterprise merger should induct more marketing motive on the base of government's tendency.
