Analysis on the Contradictions and Countermeasures of Taipu River Flood in Taihu Basin

太浦河洪涝矛盾的处理是历次太湖流域相关规划的焦点。文章剖析了太浦河行洪与杭嘉湖区排涝的矛盾,研究了1999年、2016年等流域性洪水太浦河洪涝矛盾出现的一些新问题,并针对这些问题初步提出了缓解太浦河洪涝矛盾的对策。

The treatment of the flood contradiction in Taipu River is vital important in previous plannings in Taihu Basin. The contradictions between the flood discharge of Taipu River and the drainage of Hangjiahu District were analyzed in this paper. The new problems arising from the flooding of Taipu River in year of 1999 and 2016 were also studied. Subsequently, to deal with these new problems and changes,several preliminary measures were proposed to alleviate the flood contradiction of Taipu River.
