摘要
以蛹虫草CM-16菌株为研究对象,以小麦为主要栽培基质,采用规格为300mm×200mm×110mm的蛹虫草栽培专用塑料盒进行盒式栽培,栽培基质用量分别为250 g/盒,300g/盒,350 g/盒,400 g/盒和450g/盒,以蛹虫草的生产周期、子座鲜质量、基质利用率及栽培基质代谢损失等为指标,研究不同栽培基质用量对蛹虫草生长发育及代谢的影响规律.在试验范围内,栽培基质用量与蛹虫草生产周期、子座密度、子座鲜质量、生物学效率及基质利用率之间均呈显著的二次函数关系,与栽培剩余基质含水率及栽培基质代谢损失之间呈极显著的线性关系,但与子座长度的关系不显著.研究结果表明,栽培基质用量是影响蛹虫草生长发育、子座产量及经济效益的重要因素.
Taking Cordyceps militaris strain CM-16 as the test material for the research,using wheat as main cultivation matrix,using the plastic box,which specifications for the 300 mm × 200 mm × 110 mm to cultivate Cordyceps militaris,taking 250g/box,300g/box,350g/box,400g/box and 450g/box on the usage of cultivation matrix as experiment level,using production cycle,stroma fresh weight,cultivation matrix utilization rate and metabolic loss of cultivation matrix as the index to research the effect of the usage of cultivation matrix on growth and stroma yield of Cordyceps militaris.Between the usage of cultivation matrix and production cycle of Cordyceps militaris,stroma density,stroma fresh weight,stroma biology efficiency,cultivation matrix utilization rate,metabolism loss are all a quadratic function relation,while between the usage of water content of surplus cultivation matrix and metabolism loss of cultivation matrix are all a significant linear relation,but is not a significant relationship with the stroma length.The study results indicate that the usage of cultivation matrix is an important factor to effect the growth and development,stroma yield and economic benefits of Cordyceps militaris.
