摘要
联合国粮农组织具有促进全球农业发展、保障粮食安全等重要职能,但是相关语言特征及翻译研究工作并未提上日程;评价理论完备详尽、可操作性强。本文拟以评价理论为分析工具,以联合国粮农组织(简称FAO)双语语料为基础进行讨论,旨在促进FAO文献的评价理论研究,推动FAO出版物语言及翻译研究的深入开展。
FAO of the United Nations has been contributing much for global agricultural development and food safety,while pitifully,relevant research is yet to be fully explored.Appraisal Theory,with its comprehensive delicacy and feasible practicality,is applicable for FAO linguistic and translation study.In this article,the discussion is conducted with the analytical tool of Appraisal Theory and the database of FAOPDB.The aim is at deepening appraisal theorization on FAO language and translation.
