摘要
相关研究表明,拥有软技能的大学生较受雇主的欢迎,并在日后职场上取得成功的可能性更大。本文对软技能作了详细的诠释,指出软技能对将来工作和职场的积极影响,分析和讨论了六种基本软技能的内容,包括沟通能力、人际关系、积极心态和动力、领导力、反思思考和决策能力、团队和团队合作能力。最后,文章提出对培养商务英语专业大学生软技能的四点思考,即软技能是可以培养和习得的;要转变从事商务教育的教师的意识;不断创新课程改革和教学方法;多创建合作教育项目。
The relevant research indicates that the university students with soft skills are desired by the employers and have more possibility to achieve success in the future workforce.The paper defines and describes the soft skills in detail,indicates the benefits of soft skills brought to the future jobs and the links between job satisfaction and soft skills,and elaborates the six basic and crucial soft skills including communication,human relations,positive attitude and motivation,leadership,critical thinking and decision making,teams and team building.The paper finally proposes four strategies on how to develop business English major students’soft skills:to know that soft skills can be taught and learned;to shift the business English teachers’minds;to continuously reform the curriculum and teaching methodology and to establish the cooperative education programs.
