摘要
Mineral oil hydrocarbons(MOH) in food may come from both contamination and various intentional uses in food production. MOH is widely used in food contact materials and food additives. It comprises complex mixtures, including straight and branched open-chain alkanes(paraffins), largely alkylated cycloalkanes(naphthenes).
