传染性支气管炎病毒中和表位研究进展 被引量:2

Advances in research on neutralizing epitopes of infectious bronchitis virus

摘要 传染性支气管炎病毒(infectious bronchitis virus,IBV)能引起急性、高度接触性传染病,严重危害全球家禽业。目前主要通过接种疫苗来控制该病,但效果不佳。中和表位能使中和抗体与相应抗原相互作用,中和抗体能抵御病毒感染、消除病毒并防止病毒传播和扩散,在免疫中发挥重要的作用。因此鉴别出中和表位对预防和控制疾病以及有效疫苗和诊断试剂的发展十分重要。本文主要通过该病毒的四个结构蛋白来介绍其中和表位,以期对IBV中和表位的深入研究提供参考。 Infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) may cause an acute,highly contagious respiratory disease in chickens,which brings major losses in the poultry industry. At present,the disease is mainly controlled by vaccination,though the effect is unsatisfactory. Neutralizing epitope makes neutralizing antibody interact with the corresponding antigen. However,neutralizing antibody prevents the virus infection and spread and eliminates,which plays an important role in immunity.Thus the identification of neutralizing epitopes is important for the prevention and control of disease and the development of effective vaccines and diagnostic reagents. In this paper,we introduce the neutralizing epitopes of IBV through four structural proteins so as to provide a reference for further study.
