水文测验技术标准是开展水文测验工作的基础、依据和行动指南,是水文测验成果质量的保证,其适应性不仅直接关系到水文测验工作的质量、效率和成本,而且影响到水文测验方式方法的技术创新。通过对现行标准在测验精度、测验频次等方面的研究,进行了适应性评价,分析了存在的问题,并将研究成果应用于当前的规范修订中,同时对水文测验技术标准的修订提出了建议。

As the basis and guideline for developing hydrological measurement,the technical standard for hydrometry can guarantee the quality of hydrometric results.The adaptability of technical standard is related to the quality,efficiency and cost of hydrometry,and also the innovation of the hydrometry mode and method..This paper proposed modification advices for the technical standard for hydrometry through the research on the adaptability in terms of measurement accuracy and frequency.
